Research Assistant (alum)

Ali was a summer intern in 2022 as part of the UNIL-EPFL Summer Research Program. He has been working with us in different projects over years. He recently developed the OrthoXML-tools. He was admitted to PhD programs, including the Carnegie Mellon–University of Pittsburgh PhD Program in Computational Biology. He is now pursuing his PhD at the University of Lausanne, supported by a prestigious fellowship from the Faculty of Biology and Medicine.
